This service includes:

  • Employee survey to analyze the current situation and to identify the strengths and the areas of improvement.
  • 2 workshops (4h each) to decide which areas of improvement are the most urgent and important ones AND to find the right solutions to solve them.
  • A documented action plan including your organization’s strengths, areas of improvement, and actions. For each action the responsible person, timeline, costs, and follow up.
  • Support implementing the action plan when needed.
  • Follow up on the results after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
