- 2 workshops (4h each) to decide which areas of improvement are the most urgent and important ones AND to find the right solutions to solve them.
- A documented action plan including your organization’s strengths, areas of improvement, and actions. For each action the responsible person, timeline, costs, and follow up.
- Support implementing the action plan when needed.
- Follow up on the results after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
