During the Program, we identify your organization’s strengths and the most crucial areas of improvement in employee wellbeing. We help you find the right solutions for you.

The Program includes:

  • Employee survey to analyze the current situation and to identify the strengths and the areas of improvement.
  • 2 workshops (4h each) to decide which areas of improvement are the most important ones AND to find the right solutions to solve them.
  • A documented action plan including your organization’s strengths, areas of improvement, and actions. For each action, we determine how it will be carried out.
  • Support implementing the action plan when needed.
  • Follow up on the results after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

2. Job Design Workshop

Are you looking for a motivating activity for a company retreat, a team building day, or other internal event? Then our Job Design Workshop is the right fit for you!

The Workshop helps each team member to identify the elements that support their wellbeing and the factors that put strain on them. Each participant comes up with concrete solutions to improve their own wellbeing at work.

Description of the Workshop:

  • Each participant identifies the elements that support their wellbeing and the factors that put strain on them
  • Each participant builds their own action plan to improve their wellbeing at work
  • Length: 2-2.5 hours
